 Mickey was a tremendous help to us in dealing with a credit card issue (MBNA) we appealed a judgment decision with the Supreme Court twice and both times Mickey helped us with writing the briefs.  Unfortunately the Supreme court handed it back to the Superior court  the first time and it went well however the collection agency pursued and we had to go a 2nd time.  This time it was not in our favor but we are still fighting them.

I met Mickey approx 2-1/2 years ago and he changed my life forever in
such a positive way!  I had a law firm trying to sue me for a credit card
debt in the wrong county and wrong courthouse!  I filed an FDCPA
lawsuit against them and basically they came BEGGING me to settle!
They dropped their civil suit, cleaned up my credit report, and no 1099!!!

 My wife and I were having problems with our Finance's and were having Debt collectors coming after us for payments. At first we joined up with Consumer Advocate Foundation, but soon found that they took our money but provided very little help. In fact what I have learned through Legal Club,  they actually could have hurt our situation.
 
Then one day we were put in touch with Mickey at Legal Club. Right from the beginning just talking with Mickey, were learned the banking system was cheating us as a consumer. We began learning during our Tuesday night calls the laws that protect us when fighting these debt collectors. So far we have only been to court for Case Management but both times we were prepared to fight our case. Also we have learned how to ask for proper interrogatories, and are still learning how to prepare our case. So far the debt collectors have follow exactly how we have learned they would, and we look forward to successfully winning our case as we continually learn more through the Legal Club.

It is like skydiving for the first time, when it comes to me
endeavoring to stand up against 'Goliath' in the legal arena.
I never considered it until I met Mickey Paoletta!  To be
certain, that is the truth.

I met Mickey in January,  2009 at a hearing in western
PA and listened to him review the matter at McDonald's
afterward with a small group of interested people.

Mickey demonstrated that with a teachable spirit and
gaining an understanding of the deception involved in lending
one could in good conscience stand up and defend themselves
in court.  That sold me on the opportunity to defend myself.

It has been a pleasure to work with Mickey in learning the
steps in the procedures and becoming familiar the knowledge
that we are not aware of in the training of the bankers and
how to apply the rules of evidence involved in defending oneself
before the judge.

My first case is just in the preliminary stages, so you understand
that I have a paucity of understanding or knowledge at this point,
but am moving forward one step at a time, because of the research
Mickey has dedicated himself to over the years, and his willingness
to teach those that are interested I believe that there is a high
probability of being successful on the public side of this case.  Of
course, there are unforeseen obstacles one has to realize may potentially
lift their ugly head.  Mickey knows this and attempts to give you notice
of those 'red flags'.  By the time my case is completed, I do believe I
will have a wealth of understanding, which will have prepared me for the
next situation to arise.

Mickey and his staff have set up a great web site to assist in one's
studies and he has written a book, provides a reference list of reading
material for all to study and build a foundation of knowledge on.  The
essential tools for one's studies.  He has a teleconference call weekly
and sets up special classes via phone for those interested in special
topics.

I certainly appreciate Mickey's dedication in seeking to help the people
who want to put the hard work into applying themselves in order to
attempt to be victorious over the fraud and deception that has been
